Vintage Grass shears / clippers

Description

A nice vintage pair of grass / garden shears with a fair amount of the original red paint and still smooth cutting blades. Loop closure and good solid hinges.
Imprinted on handles - A 240 on one side and  59A on the other.  Possibly Massey?
Measures: 13 inches long overall, handle 4 inches, blades cut length 6 inches
